Mike Raper

I am a research, development and brand management professional in the kiteboarding and foiling industry with more than 20 years experience in senior leadership roles and over 30 years in the sports industry. I have a passion for developing the technology that drives this sport and managing international brands, suppliers and elite athletes. I build brands and the teams that support them. As a waterman, I have lived and breathed watersports personally and professionally and consider myself lucky to have developed a unique skillset that has evolved across The Pryde Group and The North Technology Group and as the Brand Manager of Cabrinha International and more recently of North Kiteboarding / North Foiling International, a part of the North Actionsports Group. I have worked across multiple brands and all aspects of the business. The North Technology Group and North sails is a global Sports Group that comprises of the manufacturing, distribution and brand management of high-performance brands including North Kiteboarding, Mystic, North Sails, and Southern Spars
